1) Doodle/Color with your kids
2) Play your favorite music in a quiet, dark room with your eyes closed. Think only about the music.
3) Fingerpaint with no pre-determined design. Get messy...
4) Write a daily journal. Include how you feel, your activities, what would make the next day even better.
5) Watch an old black & white movie (trust me)
